Steal and Deals!

Now I haven't posted on this topic in awhile, but I just can't help myself! With such amazing recent purchases, and at such awesome prices, I felt the need to share. Updating your wardrobe around this time of year is difficult because of the weather. You'd think it's not a problem for us Californians, but even here the weather teases you when the suns out, and freezes you the second it sets. I personally think the solution is layers and some cute beanies!

(Clockwise from top left)
Thick thigh highs! Pair them with school girl skirts or jean shorts! For extra warmth add black sheer tights underneath... these are from the AMAZING LF sale! Each pair was about $6 each! Everything is 60% off right now and they have many locations throughout socal!

Over sized studded denim vest from Forever 21! They're really stepping it up over there, and it's only around $30! This is so cute over a sweater or even a flirty dress!

Over sized chunky leopard beanie also from LF. This was originally $55, but I stole it for just $22:)

This swing tank is loose and baggy and is perfect for layering under a vest, jacket and high wasted skinnies, $19 from Forever 21!

Baggy marled knit sweater also from LF is a must have! It just hangs on me perfectly and is really warm! This guy was originally $168! :/ too rich for my blood but as you guessed it, it was also 60% off!

Studded leather backpack also from Forever 21! With 90's all the rage, backpacks are a must, and coincidentally so are studs! This perfect bag is only $34!

OK. Now the shoes in this picture are not really a steal.... They're Soiree's from Jeffrey Campbell. I just HAD to include them cause they're so gorgeous and a valentines day present from my sweetheart. I haven't even worn them yet. haha

The sick white shirt you see is from LF and is a major find. It was the last one in the store and I grabbed it for only $60. the lace up peplum and braided shoulders are unlike anything I've ever seen. It's also great to layer for warmth or wear by itself once it gets warmer and your exposed tummy doesn't freeze.....

What are your great finds this season!? Please comment below:)

Fall fit for less!

Loving this outfit post from the silliest blogger out there, The Man Repeller! I do love her stuff, but ya know what? Everything she wears is designer designer designer! So here's where you can find this perfect fall outfit for much less! Under $200, which is less than the jacket in that picture!

The inspiration^...........

The key to this jacket is plaid and 3/4 length sleeves!
Found this one at Nordstroms
$64

The key to this layer is texture! I just loooove this top from nastygal! I love that it's pink too, instead of white.
$82

The key to the skirt in this look is flowy and chiffon/see through. The man repeller loves mixing textures and patterns. The color of the skirt brings out the plaid in the jacket.
This skirt is from Forvever 21
around $20

And last just a plain long sleeve T. I love how the sleeves peek out under the jacket!
This one is Hurley from Karmaloop!
$32

The shoes, jewelry and bag are all up to you! If it was me, I'd pair the outfit with black wedges and scrunched down light pink socks to tie it all together. Oh and gold chunky necklaces! Hope you like, and  please post any outfits you're wearin' for continued inspiration!

Steals and deals: Tis the season for under $100...

Before you grab the sexiest, shiniest little number for your next holiday/new years eve party this year, let's mix it up! Do you really want to look like every other girl in the room? Or a Kardashian? Or a mannequin in the window of a bebe store?

Let's take some holidays staples, that should never be tampered with, and then press shuffle.
FOR (almost) ALL UNDER $100!!
*Lace
*Sequins
*Satin
*Black
*Red
*Fur
*Blazer/dressy coat

Sexy yet masculine!
Black fitted blazer, keep it on the longer side
Chunky statement necklace, or layer a bunch of different ones together
Sexy bralets from Topshop to add a pop of color or texture
Lace bell bottoms (kinda hard to find- DIY, see post below)
Any fun platforms! I'm obsessed with the Lita platforms, but they're a bit spendy... :/

Romantic Goddess
Nude satin dress, looks best not too tight and very flowy. Grecian style!
Black lace anklets look amazing under any shoe!
Pumps, you can do in any color... but there's just something about burgundy
Layer statement cuffs, these two are my favorite from Topshop
I'm not into matchy match, but it's always classy to match your shoes with your lips and nails:)
If you don't usually wear red, try burgundy! you'll like!
Sequin beret here

Snow Bunny
Floral burnout dress from Free People, you could also switch this up with a crushed velvet dress!
Heart tights from Urban Outfitters layered under black anklets. Makes it almost look like you have ankle boots on! Fun look, try it!
Peeptoe velvet platforms from Asos, LOVE
Don't like wearing hats? Try a turban! And to make it festive, add sequins.
Fingerless gloves, and they're cashmere, AND they're only $38!
Any jacket with fur accents completes this look. You could even do a full on fur jacket!
These lace earrings from sense of fashion remind me of the holidays, but you can wear them with
ANYTHING!

Ultra Glam
Asymmetrical satin maxi dress from Asos, perfect for a black tie holiday party
Pair it with a simple black patent pump (platform of course) These Sam Edelman's are comfy!
To mix it up a little, I threw in a black and gold beaded corset belt...that way you can do gold accessories like the sparkle clutch and the emerald drop earrings that are gold backed. Angelina Jolie wore earrings like these at the oscars, and I never got over them. Don't wear too much jewelry when you're going ultra glam, you'll just start to look like you're trying to hard.
The lace gloves take it a step further if you're up for it...

I want to see your holiday looks! Post a link in the comments below!
